Volkswagen Transporter Euro 6 MD1CS104 AdBlue SCR + DPF Removal Emulator – A World First!
The Volkswagen Transporter Euro 6 MD1CS104 AdBlue SCR + DPF Cancel Emulator, recognized as a world first
, has been developed to permanently solve chronic failures caused by AdBlue (SCR) and DPF systems in Transporter vehicles equipped with the Bosch MD1CS104 engine control unit. Especially in intensive urban use and short-distance driving, emission-related problems significantly limit vehicle performance.
The AdBlue system used in Volkswagen Transporter Euro 6 models relies on the combined operation of multiple components such as NOx sensors, the AdBlue pump, injector, and level, quality, and temperature sensors. A failure in any of these components can lead to AdBlue warnings, countdown mileage (KM) errors, engine power reduction, and the vehicle entering protection mode.
The DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) system, over time, suffers from clogging, incomplete regeneration processes, and increased exhaust back pressure, preventing the engine from operating efficiently. This results in increased fuel consumption, reduced pulling power, and constant illumination of fault lights. These are among the most common problems faced by Transporter users.
Thanks to this advanced emulator,
the SCR and DPF systems are electronically completely disabled
. The need for AdBlue refilling is eliminated, DPF clogging does not occur, and regeneration is no longer required. Exhaust gas flow becomes free, unnecessary load on the engine is removed, and the engine achieves a much more stable operating character.
With this optimization, engine pulling power increases noticeably, torque limitations are completely removed, and
fuel savings of up to 10%
are achieved. At the same time, AdBlue warnings, countdown KM errors, engine fault lights, and protection mode—negatively affecting driving safety and comfort—are all eliminated.
Advantages of the Volkswagen Transporter MD1CS104 AdBlue SCR + DPF Cancel Emulator
Disables SCR and DPF Systems:
Completely eliminates faults caused by the AdBlue system, NOx sensors, DPF differential pressure sensor, and all related components.
Stops AdBlue Consumption:
Fully removes the need for AdBlue refilling, providing significant operational and maintenance savings.
Prevents DPF Clogging:
No regeneration is required, and DPF warnings and fault lights are disabled.
Provides Fuel Savings:
Up to 10% fuel savings are achieved due to reduced engine load.
Improves Performance:
Exhaust back pressure is eliminated, allowing the engine to produce higher torque and more balanced power.
Reduces Maintenance Costs:
Minimizes high service costs related to sensors, the AdBlue pump, and the DPF.
Simulated Sensors
AdBlue pump
AdBlue level, quality, and temperature sensors
Second NOx sensor
Outlet NOx sensor
PM (Particulate Matter) sensor
DPF differential pressure sensor
The Volkswagen Transporter MD1CS104 AdBlue SCR + DPF Cancel Emulator precisely simulates the internal SCR and DPF system tests performed by the engine ECU. As a result, all protection strategies such as engine torque reduction, speed limitation, and transition to fault mode are automatically disabled without the need for any diagnostic equipment.
Important Note:
Eliminates the no-start issue. Even if the KM counter is reset, it automatically returns to 50 km. The engine or injection warning light does not illuminate.
As the product is a beta version, it is recommended to clear the 50 km counter after resolving faults and then perform the connection. When installed this way, the screen warning will not reappear.
If the counter cannot be cleared, the vehicle
does not lose power
and the fault light
does not illuminate
; only the screen warning remains.
In the next version to be released, software updates aimed at completely clearing screen warnings and detailed documentation will be included.
