Welcome to CanbusEmulator (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This website and store are operated by CanbusEmulator and powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our products and services (the “Services”) to you.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE – OFF-ROAD USE ONLY

All CAN bus emulator devices sold by CanbusEmulator are strictly intended for off-road, track, racing, export, research, or testing purposes only.

Our products:

  • Are NOT approved for road use.

  • May interfere with, modify, disable, or simulate emissions control systems including but not limited to:

    • Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)

    • AdBlue / SCR systems

    • EGR systems

  • May render a vehicle non-compliant with local, national, or international road traffic or emissions laws.

It is illegal in many countries to use such devices on public roads.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will use the products only in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use in your jurisdiction.

  • You assume all risk and liability arising from installation and use.

We do not promote, condone, or support the unlawful defeat of emissions systems on public roads.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You understand the legal implications of purchasing off-road automotive components.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

We make every effort to describe products accurately. However:

  • Product specifications may change without notice.

  • Images are for illustration purposes only.

  • Compatibility is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility prior to purchase.

All products are sold for off-road use only unless expressly stated otherwise.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Limit quantities.

  • Cancel orders suspected of unlawful intended use.

Orders are not accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any applicable taxes

  • Customs duties

  • Import charges

  • Regulatory compliance in their country

We are not responsible for products seized by customs or regulatory authorities.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & RISK

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Regulatory intervention

SECTION 6 – LEGAL COMPLIANCE & USER RESPONSIBILITY

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with vehicle, environmental, and road traffic laws.

  • You will not install or use products on vehicles operated on public highways where prohibited.

  • You will indemnify and hold harmless CanbusEmulator from any fines, penalties, enforcement actions, damages, or legal claims resulting from misuse.

We assume no responsibility for:

  • Failed vehicle inspections

  • MOT test failures

  • Emissions test failures

  • Fines or penalties

  • Vehicle damage resulting from improper installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

SECTION 7 – NO WARRANTIES

All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Compliance with road regulations

  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that use of our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or legally compliant in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanbusEmulator shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Loss of vehicle use

  • Engine or component damage

  • Regulatory penalties

  • Loss of profits or revenue

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including text, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of CanbusEmulator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

Shopify’s name and logos remain the property of Shopify.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our Services at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated.
