Refund policy

Returns

All products are custom manufactured and hand-assembled to order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering

  • Vehicle incompatibility not confirmed before purchase

  • Products that have been installed, used, modified or damaged

  • Electrical damage caused by incorrect installation or wiring

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order.


Faulty or Damaged Items

All units are tested prior to dispatch.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos or video evidence

  • Installation details

  • Diagnostic information where applicable

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.


Professional Installation

Our products are designed for professional installation.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Vehicle incompatibility not confirmed prior to purchase

  • Electrical faults caused by improper wiring or modification

  • Use outside the intended application


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
