Free Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time (Production Time)
All products are made to order.
Orders require up to 7 business days production time before dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-demand periods, production times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has entered production, and another notification once it has shipped.
Shipping Time (After Dispatch)
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
