Installation Options

If the DPF filter is damaged or removed, the emulator can be installed with all connection lines to simulate both SCR and DPF systems.

If the DPF filter remains installed and operational, only the green-yellow CAN-BUS lines and red-black power lines can be connected as described in the installation documentation to simulate the SCR system only.

With this configuration, the vehicle continues its normal DPF regeneration cycles while SCR system diagnostics are supported by the emulator.

Additional Installation Note

For certain 2021 and newer vehicles equipped with the SIM2K-510 ECU, if passive warnings such as ABS messages or delayed engine start are observed after installation, the V2 connection method can be applied by disconnecting the brown-white wire.
