Iveco Daily MD1CS069 AdBlue SCR+DPF Removal Emulator
Iveco Daily MD1CS069 AdBlue SCR+DPF Removal Emulator – A One-of-a-Kind Solution!
In Iveco Daily models equipped with the
MD1CS069 ECU
, faults caused by the
SCR (AdBlue)
and
DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)
systems can result in serious time and financial losses for both individual users and fleet managers. Common problems in these systems include AdBlue level and quality sensor failures, pump and injector issues, AdBlue freezing in cold weather, use of low-quality DEF fluid, DPF clogging, failed regenerations, and constant check engine lights.
In particular, DPF blockages restrict exhaust flow, which can lead to engine strain, increased fuel consumption, power loss, and even engine limp mode activation. This not only raises maintenance costs but also increases the risk of vehicle breakdowns.
Developed as a complete solution to all these issues, the
Iveco Daily MD1CS069 SCR + DPF Removal Emulator
electronically disables both the AdBlue (SCR) and DPF systems. The ECU perceives these systems as functioning correctly. Therefore, even in the event of a physical failure, no warnings appear, performance remains unaffected, and the engine does not go into limitation mode.
This emulator not only eliminates warning lights but also significantly reduces fuel consumption. The engine continues to run at full efficiency without restrictions. Additionally, since the DPF regeneration process is disabled, risks associated with filter clogging are eliminated,
the engine breathes easier
,
exhaust flow improves
, and
engine life is extended.
This advanced device is manufactured exclusively by our company and is
the only one of its kind in the world
. It has undergone extensive field testing and operates reliably under all conditions. It permanently eliminates all issues caused by SCR and DPF systems, ensuring your vehicle runs smoothly and efficiently.
Product Features and Advantages:
Eliminates all AdBlue-related issues such as warning lights, AdBlue faults, and torque limitation
No loss in engine performance – your vehicle continues driving without issues
No need to use AdBlue fluid – avoid refill and maintenance costs
Passes vehicle inspections without problems (AdBlue system is perfectly simulated)
5-year warranty – safe and risk-free investment
Works without interfering with the ECU – the original system remains intact

Start-Stop Information:
After installing the emulator, the start-stop function must be disabled. Please check the instructions in the user manual for this.
Note:
Before installing the emulator, the soot level should be
between 10–20 g
.
To achieve this value, if possible, perform a
regeneration
or
reset the soot level
before installation. This will ensure the most reliable installation.
If regeneration cannot be performed and the
DPF level is high
after installing the emulator, the vehicle will automatically start regeneration.
In this case,
do not press the accelerator or brake pedal
and
do not drive the vehicle
until the regeneration process is complete. Please wait until the regeneration finishes.
This process may take
20–40 minutes
, depending on the
soot load
and
temperature conditions
.
For the vehicle to successfully complete the regeneration, the
exhaust temperature sensors must be in good working condition
.
The emulator is designed with
5 wires
and simulates the
DPF, inlet NOx sensor, outlet NOx sensor, PM sensor, and HCU sensors
.
If you do not connect this emulator, the cancellation of these sensors will not be completed.
The emulator is connected to the
7-pin pump socket
and is used for simulating the
AdBlue pump signal and the dosing valves
.
If you do not want to simulate the pump, you may leave this device disconnected.
The emulator has a
3-wire
structure. This device is for simulating the
AdBlue level – quality – temperature sensors
.
To achieve a full system cancellation, all three devices must be connected.
However, if you want the units mentioned above to continue operating, you may leave the related devices disconnected.
All three emulators can operate
independently
from each other.
