Hitachi Adblue (SCR) Removal Emulator

Harsh working conditions, the use of low-quality fuel or AdBlue, and irregular maintenance can cause failures in the AdBlue systems of Hitachi vehicles. These failures may limit the vehicle's torque or completely disable it. Typically, repairing these systems is not possible, and replacing them can cost up to 10% of the vehicle's value.
Canbus Emulator offers an innovative solution to AdBlue problems in heavy machinery. The AdBlue Cancellation Emulator, specially developed for Hitachi vehicles, simulates the entire system and eliminates all faults related to AdBlue or DPF.

Our emulator supports a special internal SCR/DEF system test managed by the engine ECM. As a result, the engine torque limitation is automatically disabled without the need for a special diagnostic device.
