Ford Tractor Euro 6 AdBlue Emulator – SCR System Diagnostic Solution

The Ford Tractor Euro 6 AdBlue Emulator by Canbus Emulator is a professional diagnostic module designed for Euro 6 diesel engines equipped with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) emission systems.

Modern diesel engines utilise Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), also known as AdBlue, to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions produced during combustion. DEF consists of approximately 32.5% urea and 67.5% deionised water and is standardised internationally under ISO 22241 (AUS 32).

In SCR systems, AdBlue is injected into the exhaust system where it reacts with nitrogen oxides to reduce emissions. However, faults in AdBlue components, NOx sensors, or related systems can trigger warning lights, torque reduction, and diagnostic fault codes.

The Ford Tractor Euro 6 AdBlue Emulator assists technicians during emission system diagnostics by maintaining communication between SCR system components and the engine control unit.

Operational Advantages

  • Supports SCR emission system diagnostics
  • Assists with AdBlue system troubleshooting
  • Helps maintain stable ECU communication during repairs
  • Reduces warning messages caused by emission system faults
  • Supports professional workshop diagnostic procedures

Simulated Systems

  • AdBlue system components
  • NOx sensors
  • DPF system monitoring
  • DPF temperature sensors
  • DPF regeneration monitoring

Compatibility

  • Ford tractors equipped with Euro 6 diesel engines
  • Vehicles using SCR emission control systems

Important Notes

After installation, some emission-related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) may remain stored in the vehicle ECU memory. These codes may need to be cleared using a professional diagnostic tool.

Installation and configuration should always be carried out by qualified automotive or agricultural equipment technicians.
